  • Advanced Connectivity: An integrated 4G modem provides instant remote access, supplemented by wired LAN and Bluetooth for full control in areas without mobile coverage.
  • Real-Time Event Alerts: Automatically detects vibration events based on PPV and dominant frequency, sending immediate alerts via SMS and email.
  • WAV Recording for Diagnostics: Captures raw time-domain signals (WAV format) to allow for detailed post-processing and validation of vibration events.
  • Seamless Noise & Vibration Integration: Integrates with SVANTEK noise monitors on the SvanNET platform for comprehensive environmental impact analysis.
  • Seamless Noise & Vibration Integration: Creates a 4-channel system by connecting an SV 303 Class 1 noise monitor (via SP 79 cable), capturing synchronized triaxial vibration and sound data through a single device.

Features:

Compact & Direct-Mount Design

Fast, One-Handed Setup on Any Structural Surface

Weighing just 1.7 kg, the SV 804 is purpose-built for direct installation on structural surfaces. Its compact housing allows for a fast, one-handed setup using only a single screw. This design ensures secure mounting in any orientation, even in hard-to-reach locations, without needing to reposition the geophones.

Automated Cloud Monitoring

Real-Time Data and Alerts via SvanNET

This station provides fully automated, remote vibration monitoring by detecting events based on PPV thresholds and dominant frequency. All measurement data is securely synchronized with the SvanNET cloud platform, providing instant access to reports and event logs. Users receive real-time alerts via SMS and email, reducing the need for manual intervention.

Long-Term Autonomous Operation

Flexible Power via Battery, PoE, and Solar

The SV 804 supports up to 60 days of autonomous operation using internal, easily replaceable batteries. For extended or continuous deployment, the system offers maximum flexibility. It can be powered via external DC, Power over Ethernet (PoE), or connected to a solar panel for fully autonomous, off-grid operation.

Enhanced Connectivity

4G, LAN, and Bluetooth for Uninterrupted Access

A built-in 4G modem ensures reliable real-time data transfer and remote access via the cloud. For challenging environments like tunnels or underground locations, the device also supports wired LAN and Bluetooth. This combination guarantees full system control and data access even when a mobile signal is unavailable.

Class 1 Precision & Diagnostics

Certified Accuracy with WAV Recording

Designed to meet Class 1 standards (DIN 45669-1), the SV 804 provides certified performance for structural analysis. The system stores raw WAV data, allowing for advanced post-processing and detailed event validation. Users can analyze PPV, dominant frequency, and calculate FFT or 1/3 octave spectra to diagnose vibration sources.

Combined Noise & Vibration Monitoring

4-Channel Analysis with SV 303 Integration

Using the special SP 79 cable, users can connect a Class 1 SV 303 noise monitor directly to the SV 804. This setup creates a comprehensive 4-channel monitoring device, capturing triaxial vibration and sound simultaneously. The sound data is seamlessly integrated and time-synchronized with the vibration data, with all measurements accessible remotely through the SV 804's modem.
