- MSO/DPO70000C instruments include TekProtect circuitry designed to stop EOS/ESD events from reaching analog channel preamp inputs, while still allowing normal signals to pass. TekProtect should be checked regularly with the TF-TEKPROTECT ESD Protection Tester to ensure the device is still working.
