Keithley 2000/E 6½-digit DMM

The Model 2000 is a 6½-digit high-performance digital multimeter. It has 0.002% 90-day  basic DC voltage accuracy and 0.008% 90-day basic resistance accuracy. At 6½ digits, the  multimeter delivers 50 triggered readings/sec over the IEEE-488 bus. At 4½ digits, it can read up to 2000 readings/sec into its internal buffer.
