HIKMICRO SP-L19/37 Handheld Thermography Camera

The HIKMICRO SP40 high-performance handheld thermal camera is ideal for industrial, predictive, oil and gas, and utility maintenance inspections. HIKMICRO SP40 has a high sensitivity (NETD < 30 mK) and high resolution (480 × 360) HIKMICRO VOx detector, and the temperature calibration is up to 650°C. Advanced features help thermal imaging professionals to easily survey equipment and find signs of malfunction, such as GPS and compass annotations, continuous digital zoom, and 1-Tap level and span. Connect HIKMICRO Viewer App or HIKMICRO Analyzer software to transfer, analyze, and share pictures, and generate reports for free.

Extensive Range of Interchangeable Lenses

Interchangeable lenses L6, L9, L19, and L37 are available. Interchangeable lenses allow you to pick the field of view for your inspections. Different lenses have different fields of view, giving you more options for different scenarios to see and capture more detailed images and to measure small problems more accurately.

Specs for the L19 lens:
  • F-number: F1.0
  • Focal Length: 25 mm
  • Field of View (FOV): 18.7° × 14°
  • Spatial Resolution (IFOV): 0.68 mrad
  • Min. Focus Distance: 0.2 m (0.65 ft)

Specs for the L37 lens:
  • F-number: F1.0
  • Focal Length: 12.6 mm
  • Field of View (FOV): 37.3° × 27.8°
  • Spatial Resolution (IFOV): 1.35 mrad

SuperIR

SP series cameras with 640 x 480 resolution detectors can capture ultra-sharp images with 4x pixels (1280 x 960), improving image quality, and allowing for more detailed analysis on smaller or distant targets.

Designed for Outdoors

Features IP54 rugged housing, 1024 x 768 OLED electronic viewfinder, and auto-brightness 5" color LCD touch display make it easy to conduct outdoor inspections under bright, challenging light and tough conditions.

Flexible Rotating Lens and Screen

The 90° rotating screen and the 180° rotating lens design help to easily view the area around, between, above, or below the target.

One-second Fast focusing

Support 4 focus modes (manual focus, continuous autofocus, autofocus, and laser-assisted focus) and one-second fast focusing speed helps to save time by giving sharper images, resulting in more accurate temperature measurements.

Continuous Digital Zoom

1.0x to 12.0x continuous digital zoom provides more image details.

Multiple Image Annotations

Add 60-second voice clips or 200 text characters notes to your images for later review and reminders. The camera automatically adds GPS and compass directions for geolocation location and orientation.

Embedded Laser Distance Meter

An integrated laser distance meter offers quick measurement of distances up to 50m (164ft) and area measurement (m² or ft²), more convenient in setting parameters and generating the report.

*Ultra-high Temperature Range

With a measurement range of up to 2200°C (3992°F), it can handle industrial furnace applications, refractory, and inspecting tools/fixtures in metal smelting at these extreme temperatures. (*SPxxH only)

Detect Tiny Faults

See details as small as 20 μm with a macro lens, allowing you to take accurate temperature readings on small objects, such as components on printed circuit boards or assemblies.

Multiple Level & Span Modes

Supports 3-level/span modes (manual, automatic, and 1-Tap) to help to instantly improve image contrast and highlight potential problems.
