AP’s switchers use AP’s APIB interface, which allows them to be connected in series with a 2700 Series or ATS-2 analyzer. However, when using them with an APx Series analyzer, you need to use an AP USB-APIB adapter to connect them directly to the USB port on your computer. The USB-APIB-KIT may be ordered from your AP representative or distributor. If you have more than one switcher, they can be connected together using APIB cables. Each switcher must be set (using the DIP switches on the back) to a unique address.
