2. Current measurement

For current measurement, HIOKI offers the dedicated U8977 Current Module. HIOKI current clamps and sensors with an ME15W connector connect directly to the module and are powered through it, while the MR6000-01 automatically recognizes connected sensors for faster setup and fewer configuration errors. With 3 channels, 5 MS/s sampling, DC to 2 MHz bandwidth, and 16-bit resolution, the U8977 enables high-performance current measurements and supports HIOKI’s broad current sensor portfolio. For added flexibility, the MR6000 can also be combined with analog input units and BNC current sensors, such as the CT671x Series, extending current measurement capabilities across a wider range of applications.

3. Other module types

In addition to voltage and current measurement, HIOKI offers a diverse range of input modules for various measurement items – from temperature and acceleration to strain, frequency, and more.

Output Modules

The MR6000-01 Memory Recorder supports three output modules, including pulse and waveform generation for signal testing and simulation. These allow users to program and generate custom waveforms, ideal for reproducing and simulating anomalies. The free SF8000 software simplifies waveform creation by enabling direct data input or formula-based design and supports noise simulation or multiplying waveforms for advanced scenarios.
