   1. Software Bundles (both perpetual and subscription).
   2. Bandwidth upgrades, software analysis options, record length, Spectrum View functionality, node locked and floating licenses.
2. Only valid for customers who can prove ownership of these eligible products: all 4 Series, 5 Series, and 6 Series oscilloscopes. Both non-B and B models. The product must have been purchase before 10th January 2025 and end user must provide Tektronix with model number and serial number.
3. Model 5 Series MSO upgrades to 2 GHz bandwidth are excluded from this promo.
4. This promotion can be combined with other sales promotions, including education (at a maximum of 15% discount) and contractually provided discounts.
