Terms and Conditions
- This Program applies only to sales to end-customers located in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
- Customer is responsible for all aspects of shipping the Eligible Products to and from the Tektronix Service Center for calibration and warranty services under the Calibration and Extended Warranty Plans included with this Program, including import and export requirements and all associated costs and taxes. The costs of return shipments by Tektronix are included for shipments within the EU or Norway only. Unless communicated otherwise by Tektronix, the Incoterm CIP (Incoterms 2020) Port of Entry shall apply to return shipments.
- This Program cannot be combined with educational discounts, volume-based agreements (VBAs), or any additional discount on the Tek Calibration Plan.
- This Program is available only to channel partners that are authorized to sell the Eligible Products and to direct sales from Tektronix to end-customers.
- There is no limit to the number of Eligible Products that may be purchased. Each Eligible Product will receive one Upgrade.
- Tek Encore units do not qualify for this Program.
- Demo units do not qualify for this Program.
- Customers that purchased Extended Warranty options in the previous 12 months are excluded from this Program.
- Purchases by end-customers that a partner fulfils from its product inventory may be eligible for this Program, subject to approval by Tektronix.
- The purchase order for the Eligible Product must be accepted by Tektronix between 23 April 2026 and 31 December 2026 to qualify for this Program.
- Tektronix reserves the right to change or cancel this Program at any time. However, Tektronix will honor Upgrades for any qualified purchases made by end-customers under this Program. Tektronix will advise channel partners 30 days in advance of Program changes or cancellation through a posting on the Tektronix partner website, www.tektronix.com/partner.
- Program terms and conditions that apply to end customers can be found at www.tektronix.com/promotions. Program terms and conditions that apply to both end customers and Tektronix authorized distributors can be found at www.tektronix.com/partner.
- Tektronix’s Worldwide Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services and Tektronix’s Terms and Conditions for Service Plans as available at https://www.tek.com/en/terms_and_conditions shall apply to all purchases made under this Program. To the extent that these MSO5B/MSO6B Series Service Sales Program Terms and Conditions (the “Program T&Cs”) conflict with other terms, these Program T&Cs will take precedence.
