Raditeq Instruments has extended its range of RadiPower® RF power meters to comply with the measurement requirements of the ETSI 300 328 and 301 893 standards for wideband data transmission systems, like IEEE 802.11TM, Bluetooth® and ZigbeeTM. The RPR3006W provides measurements over a frequency range from 10 MHz up to 6 GHz.

The RPR3006W RadiPower is designed using a true RMS detector resulting in higher accuracy for power measurement of RF signals with high Crest Factor such as WLAN. Besides this the RPR3006W is also equipped with a large memory bank to meet the observation time as prescribed in the ETSI 300 328 standard, even for the new high speed 802.11 standards. To avoid long transfer time of data to the PC, the RPR3006W uses a USB2 port.
Beside this the RPR3006W power head has a hardware trigger input/output connector that allows multiple RadiPower® Wireless power meters to be daisy chained, enabling synchronously triggered power measurements of wideband data transmission devices with multiple inputs/outputs (MIMO).
This new design RadiPower® model RPR3006W can be used to perform full compliant power measurements on wideband wireless data transmission systems among the standards ETSI 300 328 v1.8.1 (2.4GHz – WiFi) and ETSI 301 893 (5.4GHz – RLAN).
